Book 1 of the Ever After Series

As a wedding photographer, I get to witness the magic, the romance, and the fairy tale without getting close enough for it to ever sting me again.

Until Nick.

I broke my number one rule and slept with the best man. How could I resist his sexy good looks and the seductive offer of one night with no strings attached?

Except he broke the rules by asking me to stay. So, I left without leaving a note or my number, sure I'd never see him again.

Until he moves to the same town to take care of his nephew, after his dead-beat dad goes to jail. Suddenly he’s everywhere: the town’s harvest festival, playing arcade games at the pizzeria, and coaching my son’s baseball team

The worst part? I can't get him off my mind. But I won’t allow myself to fall in love again. Instead, I make a new offer: friends-with-benefits. It's the perfect solution. Until I realize he wants more.

Reading in the Red Room
This is how you start a series!

Now this is how you start a new series! I swear Lea is the Queen of writing a series within a series! It’s genius…we get to meet new characters but still have our beloved and trusted former characters involved. We seriously get the best of both worlds…and I’m here for it. Abby is a single mother and a professional photographer. She works very hard to juggle work, Hunter, school and sports..she’s very proud and doesn’t like asking for help. Nick is new in town and he is running a kids baseball team and taking care of his nephew. Nicks brother has gotten himself into trouble and can be going away for awhile. So Nick is stepping up for Brody and being the father he truly needs. When Nick and Abby met at a weeding several months ago, they had no idea that they would see each other again after spending an amazing evening together. Of course they make the biggest mistake by saying that they still want to see each other but their feelings can’t get involved! We all know this will get out of hand. I loved These two sooo much together. He wanted her almost instantly and had great ideas for her photography business to grow. They were both surrounded by people supporting their parenting skills. Can they combine there big mixed matched family and make it work. I loved how hard the towns people are working to have a one stop shop for there amazing wedding business. This was a quick paced read with a great story and I’m already excited about reading the next book in the series.

Love the couple's chemistry

I couldn't put this book down. The story starts off with an air of anticipation, sizzling chemistry and fireworks. Abby is a wedding photographer and single mother. She decides to have a one-night stand with Nick, who is best man at a wedding she was working at. The expectation of never going to see the person again only to meet up unexpectedly trope is my favorite. In this case, Nick turns out to be Abby's son's baseball coach. As they spend time together, their relationship, attraction and chemistry grows. Abby's and Nick's chemistry is scorching white hot. I truly enjoyed reading this story. I highly recommended this book and others in this series. I can't wait to read the next book.

Unexpected Love

I loved Abby and Nick’s emotional and heartwarming journey in Feel My Love by Lea Coll, book one in the Ever After series, a deeply moving, heart-wrenching, yet beautiful love story. Abby is a single mother to 8-year old Hunter and a wedding photographer, trying to balance her work schedule and her son’s sports schedule which often means she doesn’t focus on herself. After a one-night stand at her friends’ wedding, she finds out that her one night stand is her son’s new baseball coach. Nick just moved to town to take care of his 8-year nephew and give Brody a stable family life, while Nick’s brother is in jail. After giving up his career in the minor leagues to help take care of his nephew, Nick moves to Annapolis in order to keep stability for his nephew and starts to create a life for himself. He definitely wasn’t expecting was to bump into the one night stand he had at a wedding months; a woman who had not been far from his thoughts. Abby also never forgot about Nick, but Hunter must come first. As these two spend more together their original attraction re-ignites and sparks, their chemistry is off-the-charts, and all seems right until Abby’s insecurities arise, making her question everything.

Nick wanted to help Abby and had great ideas for her photography business to grow. Nick was amazing, especially how he tried to take care of Abby and help her realize that there was nothing wrong with asking for and accepting help. Shaped by their pasts, both Nick and Abby came out of those experiences feeling much the same; unworthy. They both feared letting love in, taking a chance and allowing each other into their hearts. Lastly, Abby has steel reinforced walls around her heart and Nick is a runner at the slightest hint of discord. It will take some honesty and communication before these two can vanquish their fears and find love, together. I highly recommend Feel My Love to other readers and can’t wait to read the next story.
